• Up to 1-hr on-site measurement and consultation meeting

• Concise computer rendered floor plans with dimensions

• High quality 3D colour renderings with custom added finishes

• Orthographic views with descriptive design & styling notes

• Digital materials and finishes concept boards complete with selections for any following that apply:

  -Cabinetry: door style/material/colour

  -Countertop and profile

  -Hardware

  -Appliances

  -Flooring

  -Plumbing fixtures

  -Lighting fixtures

  -Paint colours

  -Millwork, trim & casing: style & profile

  -Furniture selections

  -Window treatments

  -Decor & accessories

  -Tile & Grout

• Proposed lighting, electrical & gas plans

• A link for a walk-thru video of your conceptual renderings

• Includes a complimentary renovation estimate if desired

• One set of revisions for each category of the package is included

The Investment:

• Design package entry fee of $899 + $3.50 per square foot

• $125 per hr fee for any work completed outside of the design package scopes

• Our sourced products and materials come from carefully selected suppliers,

  both locally and internationally, for budgets of all sizes

• We’ve built strong relationships with contractors and tradesmen to bring

  forth quality and trust as it relates to renovation and construction

• A rough estimate prior to in-person meeting can be provided

• Decorating only is available and can be priced out separately
